The Characteristics Of The Grooves
1. It has specifically groove to make wire rope spooling orderly and uniform strength on every layer.
2. It can be calculated the exact forces that the rope imposed on the drum.
3. The spooling is totally under control,which prevents lower layers being crushed or pinched by upper layers
4. With the groove,the continuous groove in the drum is parallel to the flange except for two crossover points on each Revelution where the groove moves across the drum half a pitch to give a pull pitch of movement for each pitch.
The characteristics of LBS drum:
We adopts LBS groove,which can make the wire rope steady spooling from the first layer to second layer. In this process,it can lower the damage and increase service life of wire rope. At the same time,LBS groove can make wire rope spooling more smooth and uniform distribution of load between each layer.
